@xsf908 The Gorshkov is a Beginner's aircraft carrier for India. They have to learn how to operate a carrier, budget resources for its operation, and integrate it into foreign policy objectives. This is a smart move for India because they will learn how to project power with it. A small carrier like the Gorshkov is better than no carrier and will allow India to protect important projects it may? have in 3rd world countries. Experience in its operation will help India to design and build its own.
